I live in a trailer park and own my home…I have racoons living under my trailer, including 2 little ones. Management says they are not responsible to get rid of them, to try rags soaked in vinegar DID NOT WORK All my neighbors seem to be having same problem. Although I have my next door neighbor whom I’ve seen mice going in and out from under their trailer -when I told them this, he responded “I know and we have bunnies under there also” HELP! Then I realized he is throwing garbage and vegetables under the back of his trailer…please send me info

Gary;

I live in Glendale, CA. I just laid some new marathon sod and every morning i wake up to the sod being turn. I’ve been spraying and spreading racoon repellant for the past 2 weeks so it has been minimal but it’s still there and it’s quite annoying. I would love to see what your guide has. I haven’t seen the racoons but my neighbor has told me that he’s seen them in the area.

Please help, we have a big raccoon problem.I personally have trapped 4 of the critters, the last one I called a wold animal trapper to take her away. The trapper puts them down .he did advise me that the mommy coon left some babies somewhere close. Mostly they have been using my flower beds as a bathroom, but last night they tore my yard up.I am so tired of their damage. Please send me your booklet and I pray it will help!
