i make my own dog food. i make just enough for it to last two days though. then i make more. the really healthy things to put in dog food is cooked rice,meat,cooked veggies,potatoes and stuff dogs would eat, then put it in a blender and mix it up. add water to dry food mix half your batch with they dry food and water and voila! a luxery meal!

Our nature area is an extraordinary place in this world and your support is deeply appreciated. I encourage everyone who reads this article to send the Superintendent of the Orinda Union School District and its Board members a letter expressing your concerns. We do not need to be residents of Orinda to value this natural habitat – we just need to voice our objection at the very thought of this being taken away from us. Please write a letter to the school district.

Kathy: How could anyone NOT support your beautiful nature area and environmental education program in the Orinda School District? It’s hard enough to expose kids to nature these days. And when you already have a beautiful program and unique teaching area … and then your school district tries to dump it … everyone from everywhere needs to rise up and point out to them that it is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. /Gary
