everytime I try to look at the webcam of Mother Goose, it says OFF AIR, even during the daylight hours. What am I doing wrong. Very frustrating!!

It was great to have had a crash course yesterday of:
1. Seeing the eggs;
2. Seeing Mother Goose turning the eggs;
3. Seeing one baby hatched from an egg.
Every other time I pulled her up on the screen, she just sat there and stared back.
