The dissemination of this information should again be front page news and posted in every in every veterinarian hospital, Animal supply and feed stores, Supermarkets,Malls and anywhere else individuals are prone to shop. On every occasion someone encounters this misunderstood and cruel behavior don’t just leave the above mentioned information on the windshield…become an advocate for that animal, just as you would do if it were an infant, and try to locate its owner and call emergency services… they do come.
