Dear Gary,
We live in Brentwood and there are lots of jackrabbits and cottontails in the hillside behind our house. Occasionally we will find a dead rabbit missing only its head. Is this done by raccoons or coyotes? We have both in the area.
I’ve enjoyed your column for years and years. Thank you for answering this question.
