I finally figured out why the bird seed vanishes so fast out of my feeder!

Ah, yes, the Antler-Crested Deer-Bird. They tend to eat a lot of seed. /Gary

Note to Lyrinda: And with my cousin in Arkansas, it’s because of bears. Me — it’s birds. I’m going to limit filling that feeder to 3X per week. That diner is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays. Only. (P.S.–Cute photo!)

I have recently had a beehive form in the attic of my house. We have tried everything to have it removed without harming the honey bees. Now we are going to have to move and we are certain the landlord will have them exterminated as soon as we leave. Is there anybody out there who might find a way to remove them from our attic without hurting the structure or the bees?
