I called them regarding a swarm that was in a tree above my elderly neighbors home and they came out same day to carefully remove the swarm with the intent to transfer to a hive. Fascinating to watch from a safe distance.
Please DO NOT call vector control with a claim of allergies etc to get them to come out and chemically kill swarms. They are valuable to our environment and in danger now due to hive collapse. One hive can produce thousands of future bees for next seasons harvest.
