Joanie’s story about feeding the one resident crow reminds me of the time we had one visiting band tailed pigeon. Now we have 25! Who says birds don’t communicate! Now we’re just a roadside diner! Thank goodness East Bay Nature discounts their birdseed when you bank.

First of all ~YOU have the fattest squirrels in the neighborhood. Apparently he told two friends and he told two friends and so on and so on. Have always loved the squirrel show at your house,but I guess now it has to be billed “The Squirrel and Crow Show”.

Our crows stand on the streetlights and caw until we throw peanuts out for them.

The squirrels are apparently trying to grow more peanuts. They “plant” them in our pots and they eventually sprout little peanut plants.

I used to feed “my” resident crow Russell. Then he invited two buddies, and then seven, and pretty soon I had 25 crows in my small yard. Beware.
