Cute little junco on a ladder on my deck. They don’t seem to like eating from the hanging seed baskets, they prefer the ground.

Oregon juncos are definitely ground feeders, dining on grass seeds and seed spills on the ground under backyard bird feeders. They can be pretty aggressive. I watched one chase a towhee all around my backyard one morning. Wonder what the towhee said? /Gary
