		<description><![CDATA[Monica, I think you meant they are &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; referred to as cities by the Daily Review, right? They technically have city addresses, but are unincorporated areas, which mean they are governed by the county and not the city. I think, probably, it&#039;s a moot point to people who don&#039;t live in the area, which I imagine is the reason why 48 Hours went that route.]]></description>
