I recall that it was she who was named as the “Plaintiff” in a lawsuit brought against the Citizens of Hayward, including the then President of Cal State Hayward, (now known as CSUEB) who supported a campaign to “save” the 238 By-pass.

Now, Linda seems to forget that cancellation of 238 Bypass is responsible for the immense traffic burden which leads us to the loop as well as the great loss in generation of sales tax dollars along Mission Blvd., as we helplessly observe departure of auto dealerships which are unable to compete with auto sales outlets observable from the freeways such as in San Leandro or Dublin.

Linda is making her third attempt at gaining a oouncil seat, I see no reason to award her with that prize !
