The single caution about Redwood trees is that they lack a tap root. In open windy areas they shoul;d be planted fairly close, (10 to 12 feet in a triangle or circle design)) so that their roots intertwuine, thus to support one another against the wind.

The latter idea granted us by our Supreme Being as an examp0le of neighborliness! Thank him by being fairly generous with water to your &#039;group&#039;

Caution! Not so close to dwellings as to be a hazard.
When they get to be `100 hundred&#039;, guard them against lumber theives.

Thank you Mr. Simpson.... have you called local and regional oarks? Perhaps HUSD can use a few? However, ny observatiohn is that HUSD gets to close to the trees with their lawn mower etc.]]></description>
