Hayward resident David Kolm sent in these photos of Mayor Mike Sweeney, Police Chief Ron Ace, Assistant City Manager Fran David and resident Marian Kolm at a National Night Out party on Tuesday on Montgomery Street. David says more than 30 people attended.
