SOME MIGHT HAVE TAKEN THE CYNICAL VIEW THAT THOSE ENDORSEMENTS WERE A RESULT OF A SUBLIMNAL DESIRE TO MOVE HIM ALONG AND OFF THE COUNCIL!

I fail to understaqnd the qualifications of Mr. Dowling! What of his employment record as the assistant to various local offices of the State assemblymen or assemblywomen of Alameda County. What does he do for a livinbg now, other than the money ‘earned’ as a council person?
