Us of the word noose is a play on words…. news from Booth is noose around the necks of employees and trustees of HUSD. The poor lady seldom offers a word of encouragement (or apology) in her rant. I suggest that you might visit the archives of this blog starting with the month of August in year 2010. In my rebuttals to her rant I repeatedly asked, Ms. Booth if she knew the difference between licentious speech and freedom of speech It soon became apparent to me why the woman who claims possession of a degree from a law school, did not bother taking the Bar Exam. In August of 2010 she openly encouraged rant from another contributor using the nom de plume “Obama new age” was, in total, pure rant reflecting a total lack of civility and character in that contributor.
Claiming a degree from an un-named law school, Ms. Booth, by her own admission, did not bother to take the bar exam. I came to a full understanding of her failure when she consistently failed to answer my often repeated request to explain to me why it was that she did not reply to my request to define the difference between licentious speech and freedom of speech.
In her multitudinous contributions to the blog Ms. Booth joined ‘Obama new age’ in placing words upon the blog which reflects some inner longing for vengeance upon one of the current trustees. Sustained, licentious attacks upon the character and reputation of that trustee, who had been initially appointed by the four remaining trustees, (after the sudden resignation of Sarah Gonzales, early in year 2010) have no other explanation other than what might eventually be drawn from the mouth of Ms. Booth. The appointee won the seat, in his own right, within seven or eight months of the initial appointment. Her intended victim just shrugged his shoulders and made no reply to that poor woman.
Ms.Booth is unable to defend her rationale for her attacks delivered through the blog in year 2010. She even refused a request to explain the difference between licentious speech and freedom of speech. Which offers insight into her failure to attempt the bar exam.
Mr. Moore made his first recognizable contribution in late August 2010, I was initially impressed with man’s erudition but he raised the hair on the back of my neck with his remarks about the R.C.Church and his association of the Current Pope with the German army near the end of the war when very old men and very young males were rounded up and pressed into combat. Some of his statements were cause for me to complain to Review’s management, so Moore quieted down until recently when he stated that COR (congregations organized for renewal) was an incipient attempt to bring religion into HUSD classrooms.

Cynthia, my appearance at public comment period at a recent HUSD Board meeting had to do with a major criticism I have registered over the current condition of the site residence located upon the grounds at Longwood School. Later in that meeting Trustee Jesus Armas, replied to my concerns to the effect that the site resident program ought be re-instituted and expanded to all the HUSD School campuses.

Careful, if that is your real name he will begin his search for where you live. I suggest that if you want to continue on this blog that you use a “blog name” so that he cannot spew vicious garbage out there for others who may know you to read.

’tis true! Ms. Booth has answsers to all things great and small at HUSD. Which of them are based in fact is left up to alertness of readers.

The trouble is that her answers seldom fit the evolving problems, as they might have done 25 or 30 years ago ( or earlier ?)

IF YOu BOTHER TO GO BACK INTO HER INITIAL BLOG ENTTRIES, which started in August of 2010, YOU WILL LEARN THAT THIS ‘GRADUATE OF LAW SCHOOL’ WHO DID NOT BOTHER TO TAKE THE LAW EXAM…. DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIMPLE DETRACTION AND FACTUAL RECOUNTING OF FACTS SURROUNDING THE PERFORMANCE OF HUSD’S STAFF AND TRUSTEES..

I strongly recommend that you sift through her Auguat 2010 contributions, when she discoverd the blog, and then ask her to explain her alliance with a Contributor named “Obama NEW AGE” whose contributions were often openly libelous.

IT SHOULD OPEN YOUR EYES !

Frankly, I thought that, quite recently, I did a good job of defendsing COR (Congregations Organized for Renewal) which was attacked by Mr. Moore as being a some sort of tool for intrusions of Religious factions into Government and administration of HUSD. Neither Mr. Moore or Ms. Booty rose up to offer a reply! A simple recognition of their own shortcomings???

Now if you intend to be a serious contributor be certain you have your facts straight… which then offers some anopportunity to attack you personally for having the gaul, or if you will, the ‘effrontery’ to have a different opinion than those two while going so far as to popint out their deficiency!

I continue to blog because I believe that the few who do read this blog want to communicate about what is happening in HUSD. I have years of “experience” with the school district and always hope that I can provide information, history or some thoughts to stimulate people to action to help our students.
