It was a fantastic event and great fun for the whole family! My kids were amazed as we took part in this group effort to bring together cyclists of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds to make a trip through Hayward on bicycles … at night! The blinking lights, music, and smiles were greeted by neighbors standing in their driveways cheering us on! Started at South Hayward BART and moved all the way across town ending up in Castro Valley, with a stop at City Hall. Even seemed to get the support of HPD.
