I have participated in several Saturday litter removals in Hayward. Currently I live in Castro Valley but noticed allot of Graffiti on residential fences and one box truck with the Name Razo spray painted. There’s a house on the corner of Thelma and Lucia avenues with a newly erected fence that has been tagged by this person. My girlfriend lives in this area so I have been waiting for the homeowners to tell them the best way to combat this is to cover up right away. So I have looking out for the owners, so far no luck. The house was recently bought and quickly remodeled but has been vacant for almost a year. Is there any way the city can contact the owner and have them take care of the graffitti?
