Karma is alive and well

I was going with a theme of karma as a wonderful thing today when I saw a bit item from the New York Post mentioning that Ann Coulter recently broke her jaw and had her mouth wired shut. And just in time for the holidays, her grateful family and friends must be thinking.

But, sadly, there were few details. By the way, what happened to Ann during the last few months of the presidential race? And can we hope that, if there’s no other positive coming from a successful Obama presidency, that it might drive her farther underground.

Fat chance.

So in keeping with the theme, let’s celebrate karma’s intervention with this poor idiot in Santa Fe, New Mexico, who got drunk, got being the wheel, and tried to outrun the police. Then he RAN HIMSELF over.

I’d love to hear from someone who has actually successfully outran police. I don’t think they exist. I can’t think of a situation with worse odds, especially once helicopters get involved. Even stupid drunks should know this.

Unless you’re a spy. Then you can outrun everyone. I watch Jason Bourne movies — this is just a fact.
