So after I wrote a column, detailing the last five weeks of pure cable hell, my wife gets a call from the company this morning, offering to come out tomorrow between two and four to finally install my cable.
Who says you can’t use your job as a journalist for personal gain?
Whoops, uh, ah … not me. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence. Anyway, we’ll see what happens tomorrow between two and four. Honestly, I’ll be very surprised if A) I have cable and Internet by tomorrow night and B) They somehow accomplish this without burning my house down.
We’ll see.
