Michael Jackson: TMI

Oh, well NOW it all makes perfect sense.
TMZ reports today that the reason that the child involved with the 1993 molestation allegations against Michael Jackson could identify marks Jackson’s penis (LALALALALA don’t think don’t think don’t think) is because Michael had a delightful habit of urinating in front of people.
And, apparently, people would look.

A TMZ reporter spent three hours with Arnold Klein, one of Jackson’s many doctors and closest friends. Klein insisted Jackson didn’t molest the boy … he only peed in front of him. And everybody else.
Klein said Jackson also used to pee at Klein’s office … and his house … in front of groups of people.
Oh, that Michael. He was so eccentric.

Ghost videos

A friend of mine has been telling me stories about a ghost at her workplace. I was hoping to get a tour at night and write something, but she flaked. So I have to watch other people’s ghosts. These are sort of fun - a couple are obviously fake. But I don’t care as long as they’re scary and make me wonder, even a little bit.

Happy Halloween.

I TOLD you so

I haven’t been over the Bay Bridge since August for a reason. That’s right - no one in San Francisco likes me enough to invite me over. But I also told you all, back in a column I wrote when they were fixing the thing, I didn’t trust what was going on and wanted to let many, many other people try it out first. To quote me: Read the rest of this entry »

Michael Jackson premiere

I believe, if I’m reading this right, you can watch the red carpet portion of tonight’s premiere of Michael Jackson’s “This is It” right here at 4:30 p.m.

If not, well … don’t believe everything you read on some schmuck’s blog.

Can we re-do the last three Star Wars?

I know nothing about this game except for what I stumbled upon today by being included in an e-mail between bigger Star Wars geeks than I. I love Star Wars to an unhealthy degree, but stay away from video games like recovering addicts stay away from crack. But … wow. This is incredible. Read the rest of this entry »

Metallica helping search for lost fan

East Bay rockers Metallica are offering $50,000 for information leading to the whereabouts of a 20-year-old fan, who went missing Oct. 17 after a Metallica show at the University of Virginia.
It has been more than a week since Morgan Harrington called her friends from the show to say she was outside the arena and would find her own way home. Read the rest of this entry »

A funny man

Soupy Sales has died at the age of 83. While I mostly remember him being the funniest guy on whatever game show he appeared in the 70s, he had a great career. In reading one of his obits this morning, I came across an account of a gag he pulled on his kids show that got him in trouble. It’s one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard: Read the rest of this entry »

Star Python

This is what I do - sit around waiting for people to alert me that they’ve found funny things on the Internet. So, without further ado, watch what happens when Star Trek meets Monty Python. And if you don’t think it’s funny, blame the person who sent it to me. However if you do like it, then credit my wonderful wit (and if you’re getting this on my Facebook link, you have to go to my real blog - www.ibabuzz.com/insertfoot -which you should be doing anyway. Hundreds of times a day).

Funniest dog ever

Yes, it’s cheap of me to post funny animal videos in order to get more hits on my blog. But, really, this is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen a dog do.

This is why many of us like dogs better than cats. It also reminds me of how I approach Space Mountain when Disneyland is about to close.

The evil galactic governor

I just interviewed a horror film expert, who told me Peter Cushing’s (Gov. Tarkin) boots were uncomfortable while filming Star Wars, so he wore slippers the entire time they filmed.

Sorry about that - very childish. But it makes me laugh every time.

Anyway, they had to dub in the sound of Cushing’s ominous footfalls later. Imagine that - the evil and ominous Grand Moff Tarkin - the man who held Darth Vader’s leash -shuffling about in old man slippers. I wonder if he ate dinner at 4 p.m.
