The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Edwin Ramos, an alleged gang member charged with shooting to death Anthony Bologna, who was a night manager at Draeger’s in San Mateo, and two of his sons, will stand trial.

A San Francisco judge found there is a enough evidence to try Ramos following a preliminary hearing. Bologna’s surviving son testified in the hearing and identified Ramos as the man who opened fire on the family’s car.
