Saturday, Feb. 17
n DUI — An officer stopped a 26-year-old Antioch resident at 12:54 a.m. on eastbound Highway 24 east of Pleasant Hill Road on suspicion of reckless driving and found the driver was driving under the influence.
Sunday, Feb. 18
n DUI — A 34-year-old Concord resident was arrested for driving under the influence at 3:14 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Road and the Highway 24 offramp.
Sunday, Feb. 25
n UNDER INFLUENCE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE — A San Francisco resident who was detained for possible theft at 11 p.m. at the Safeway on Mount Diablo Boulevard was found in possession of a glass pipe used for smoking narcotics. An officer checked the individual and found the person was under the influence of a controlled substance.
Tuesday, Feb. 27
n DRUG BUST — An officer who stopped a car at 12:23 a.m. on Mount Diablo Boulevard because it lacked license plates found the driver had a suspended or revoked driver’s license. A search found the driver, a 20-year-old El Cajon resident, had methamphetamine in her sock.
Thursday, March 1
n ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON The manager of Big O Tires on Mount Diablo Boulevard reported at 10:35 a.m. that a former employee showed up and the manager asked him to leave. The former employee tried to run the manager and two other people over with a car. He later returned, throwing rocks at another car and breaking a window. The former employee was gone from the business by the time officers were notified.
Friday, March 2
n VANDALISM — A 45-year-old Oakland resident reported at 11:55 p.m. that someone broke his car window and damaged the door handle while the car was parked on Mount Diablo Boulevard. The cost of repairs was estimated at $250.
n STOLEN CAR A Stow Lane resident reported someone removed his 2006 GMC vehicle from his driveway between March 2 and 3.
