Monday, March 5
CHECKING FRAUD — A Lafayette resident reported that between Jan. 9 and March 5, someone used his checking account to withdraw $4,331 using forged checks.
Tuesday, March 6
BURGLARY — A Reliez Station Road resident reported that between 8:20 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., someone entered her home through an unlocked window and removed jewelry.
Saturday, March 10
BURGLARY — A Marlene Drive resident reported that between 11:12 p.m. March 9 and 3 p.m. March 10, someone broke into his locked car and removed an IPOD, two pairs of gloves and a backpack. The missing items were valued at $610.
Sunday, March 11
VANDALISM — Squirrel’s Restaurant on Moraga Road reported that between 5 p.m. March 10 and 6:30 a.m. March 11, someone used a BB gun or sling shot to create a dime-sized hole in the restaurant’s front window. Repair costs were estimated at $100.
Monday, March 12
DRUG BUST — A 40-year-old Bay Point resident was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs during a traffic stop at 2:52 p.m. on Happy Valley Road.
Thursday, March 15
VANDALISM — A Carol Lane resident reported that between March 14 and 15, someone broke her car window. The cost of repairs was estimated at $350.
