I moved to 5 Oak Flat Road in 1976. Oak Flat has never been resurfaced by the County or City. The County partly filled holes & cracks in 1980.–I filled/recoated the road in 1985 after major truck traffic during my renovation. 3 homeowners contributed a smaller portion. Recently EBMUD resurfaced the first 75 feet (front of #1 only) in some deal with the owner.
Politicans cannot be trusted–proven by the Theatre & Gateway & Library & City Offices. The next disaster… “development of downtown Orinda.”
ORINDA IS CITY MANAGEMENT BY CRISIS!
