After winning the DFAL, the Acalanes boys earned the second overall seed in the 2008/09 NCS Soccer Championships. They will host a quarterfinal match next Saturday, Feb. 21, at 2:00 p.m. against the winner of the Hayward vs. St. Mary’s first round match.

The Campolindo boys earned the twelfth and final spot and will face Albany Wednesday night at 5:00 p.m. in Albany. A win against Albany would put the Cougars in a quarterfinal match Saturday night against DFAL rival Las Lomas.

The Miramonte boys saw their season come to an end as they failed to earn a spot in the NCS playoffs.

Despite an 11-0-1 record, the Miramonte girls were only given the second seed. The Mats will host the winner of the Acalanes vs. Piedmont first round match Saturday night at 7 p.m.

Acalanes will host their first round match with Piedmont Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

The Campolindo girls received a first round bye by earning the fourth seed. They will host a quarterfinal match Saturday night at 7 p.m. against the Berean Christian vs. Redwood Christian winner.
