Orinda police have made an arrest in conjunction with Rohnert Park and Novato police of a 22-year-old man from Rohnert Park believed to have provided local teenagers, including some who were at the party the night Joe Loudon died, with fake ID cards.

Robert Martin Scott, 22, was mentioned multiple times during the investigation into the death of Joe Loudon and the related party as a major supplier of fake IDs. Scott has been arrested on suspicion of forgery and identity theft.

Police were granted a search warrant for Scott’s appartment. More than 100 fake IDs were found in his residence, some of which included local address on them.

Scott is currently in County Jail in Martinez.
