The Campolindo High School football team is back on track, as the Cougars were able to get their first DFAL win of the season in a hard-fought 31-17 victory over Dublin. The Cougars are now 1-2 in DFAL play and 5-2 overall.
Miramonte was shocked Friday night by Las Lomas, 27-24. The previously undefeated Matadors allowed Las Lomas running back Marquis Waters to rush for 325 yards, which was the key to victory for Las Lomas. The Matadors drop to 2-1 in DFAL play and 6-1 overall.
Acalanes lost a tough game against Alhambra, 14-12, when the Dons failed on a two-point conversion that would have tied the game late. The Dons are 1-2 in DFAL play and 4-3 overall.
