The St. Mary’s College men’s basketball team is off to another great start, once again proving they are a legitimate power in college basketball.

The Gaels are currently 11-2 with wins over teams including St. John’s, Texas Tech and Mississippi State. Their only two losses came in back-to-back games against BYU and San Diego State, who are both expected to be tournament teams this season.

The Gaels play their next game tomorrow night at home at 5:00 p.m. vs. Hartford.

The Gaels will then start their West Coast Conference schedule on Jan. 6 on the road against Loyola Marymount. St. Mary’s and Gonzaga are expected to battle it out for the title once again this year.
