California Independent Film Festival in two weeks

The 13th Annual California Independent Film Festival will make its debut in Moraga at the New Rheem Theatre when it opens up on Friday, Jan. 28, with a reception followed by the film, “The 5th Quarter.”

The film festival will run through Feb. 3 with a variety of feature films, documentaries, showcase events and shorts being shown. There will also be several seminars available throughout the course of the festival.
