As an extended part of the rush to downtown Lafayette the Farmers Market has created, the City of Lafayette will be showing movies outside in Plaza Park on certain nights after the Farmers Market.

The movies, which are free to attend and open to the public, will start around 8:00 p.m., once the sun has gone down.

Moviegoers are welcome to bring a blanket or chairs to sit and watch the movie in the park.

Raiders of the Lost Ark will be shown July 21, and Finding Nemo will be shown on August 18.

Plaza Park is located at the corner of Mt. Diablo Boulevard and Moraga Road.
