Lamorinda high school football stays perfect

After two games Friday night, the three Lamorinda high school football teams still remain undefeated overall.

Miramonte’s defense locked down in their game Friday night against Fremont-Oakland, as the Matadors earned a 30-0 win. The Matadors are 3-0 on the season and face Liberty next Friday in their final nonleague game.

Campolindo escaped El Cerrito with a tough 16-13 win that also sees the Cougars improve to 3-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Vallejo to play St. Patrick/St. Vincent on Friday night in their final nonleague game.

Acalanes is set to kick off against San Marin in Novato this afternoon for their third game of the season. The Dons are 2-0 so far and will face Healdsburg next week.
