When you move to a town that has vast amounts of foliage, you’re effectively signing a social contract to which you agree that people will manage that foliage. Virtually every large-garden management tool will produce noise at or above the level of a leaf-blower. Anyone who thinks using a rake to manage green-waste on large properties is a good idea, is clearly delusional and not in touch with reality.
