The Campolindo football team continues to quiet their critics, as the Cougars kept their perfect record with a 42-7 win over Acalanes at the Dons’ home field Friday night.

The Cougars are 6-0 on the season, as they head into their game at home against Dublin on Friday. Acalanes will look to get back on track with a home game against Alhambra Friday night.

Miramonte also remained unbeaten on the season with a 29-14 road win against Dougherty Valley. The Matadors are 6-0 and will host 5-0 Las Lomas on Friday night. The two teams were both mentioned as favorites to win the DFAL, so Friday night’s game could have title implications, even though it’s still early in the season.
