Despite an undefeated regular season and DFAL title, the Campolindo football team was only given the third seed in the NCS Division 3 playoffs, as the NCS seeding committee determined that the other two undefeated Divison 3 teams, Marin Catholic and Cardinal Newman, deserved the top two seeds. The Cougars will host the number 14 seed, Hercules, on Friday at 7:00 p.m. in the first round.

The Miramonte football team, which finished second in the DFAL with a 9-1 overall record, is the fifth seed in the playoffs. The Matadors are hosting the number 12 seed, Tennyson, on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. in their first round game.
