The Moraga Town Council recently approved a Conditional Use Permit, which served as an appeal of a previously denied permit.

The East Bay Regional Communications System Authority was granted permission to install a 20-foot tall antenna and enclosure near EBMUD’s Carter Reservoir at 1180 Alta Mesa Dr.

The original application submitted by EBRCSA asked for permission to install a 50-foot tall antenna in the same general area, but that application was denied by Moraga’s Planning Commission, citing the Town of Moraga’s Wireless Facilities regulations.
