Events at the libraries

The Moraga Library will be presenting a history lecture titled “William Tillman: The Union’s First Black Hero” this Wednesday, Feb. 29, at 2:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The Lafayette Library and Learning Center will be hosting a representative from the Berkeley Rep on Wednesday, Feb. 29, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. They will be discussing the back story behind the current production of “A Doctor in Spite of Himself.”

The Orinda Library will be holding one of their increasingly popular Friends of Orinda Library Book Sales this Thursday, March 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the sorting room and book shop.
