Campolindo’s Carol Kitchens to retire

Campolindo High School Principal Carol Kitchens has announced she will be retiring at the end of this school year. Kitchens has worked in education for 39 years, serving Campolindo High School for the last 17 years of her career.

Campolindo High School has seen tremendous growth and improvement under Kitchens leadership as the principal since 2000. Her dedication to education earned her the honor of 2009 Secondary Principal of the Year for the state of California.

There has been no announcement about who the new principal will be for the 2012-2013 school year.
