The event, “Parenting in the Digital Age: With Power Comes Responsibility,” is being held on Tuesday, April 24, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., in the Stanley Middle School Library.
Adrienne DeWolfe, a consultant for the Contra Costa County Office of Education, will lead a lecture and discussion about how parents can balance the useful, educational purposes of the internet with safety precautions to ensure their kids remain safe in their usage. DeWolfe is known for her work on cyberbullying and digital citizenship.
