The Lafayette Library and Learning Center is hosting the 7th Annual Lafayette Earth Day Festival this Sunday, April 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The festival will feature live music, organic food, lectures and film screenings. There will also be a kids zone at the festival with a variety of activities, including interactive displays from the Lindsay Wildlife Museum and the Lawrence Hall of Science.
A “self-propelled” parade will take place with anyone who wants to participate leaving Stanley Middle School at 11:30 a.m. on bike, scooter, wagon or by foot.
