High school football update

The Campolindo football team continued their perfect start to the season with a 28-7 victory over Sacred Heart Cathedral-San Francisco. Quarterback Tommy Stephens threw for 208 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for two touchdowns. The Cougars are 3-0 this season.
The Acalanes football team is also perfect on the season with a 3-0 record after a 54-7 win over Irvington-Fremont. The Dons compiled 269 rushing yards in the game and look like a threat in the DFAL.
Miramonte carried a 34-27 lead into the fourth quarter of their game against Analy-Sebastopol, but the Matadors gave up two late touchdowns to fall by a final score of 41-34. The Matadors are now 1-2 on the season.
