Saint Mary’s College is celebrating what they are calling “The Year of the Gael” this Saturday, Oct. 6, with a large “Gaelebration.”

The school is hosting a large festival and open house to celebrate its 150th anniversary. The celebration will take place all over the school’s Moraga campus from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The festival will include live music and dance performances, athletic demonstrations and lectures, featuring the school’s students and faculty. There will be food trucks on site for plenty of lunch options. The festival will be very family-friendly with lots of rides and activities for children.

The festival is free and open to the public.
