Ryan Andresen, of Moraga, has made it into the national news after recently being denied the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout due to him being openly homosexual.

Andresen has successfully completed all Eagle Scout requirements, including his final project, which was installing an anti-bullying wall at Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School, but Troop 212 will not honor him.

Andresen’s membership in the Boy Scouts was also revoked when his sexuality was made public.

Andresen’s mother, Karen, started an online petition on Change.org to fight for her son to receive his Eagle Scout honor. The petition has over 250,000 signatures already. Andresen’s story is also trending on social media across the internet.

This story is so fascinating, I toured J.M. Their walls have many pieces of fabulous art decorating them. I thought the controversial tile wall was the least impressive piece of art. It had a good theme, as did another piece of tile art. Kind of religious, but using liberal modern words.
There are two people named Anderson on another beautiful piece of art with an Egyptian theme. I don’t know if R. Anderson is the same person as Ryan Anderson.
