Campolindo dominated Alhambra, 48-12, on Friday night to maintain a commanding lead at the top of the DFAL. The Cougars are 4-0 in the DFAL (7-1 overall) with two league games remaining. Every other team in the DFAL has at least two losses already, so the Cougars have already clinched at least a share of the DFAL title. A win at home against Dougherty Valley this Friday would clinch the title outright.

Miramonte played one of their best games of the season Friday, as the Matadors beat Dougherty Valley, 41-3. The win improves the Matadors to 4-4 overall (2-2 DFAL). If they can win at least one of their last two games, they should make the playoffs.

Acalanes suffered a disappointing loss to Dublin, 17-14, Friday that knocked the Dons to 2-3 in the DFAL. The Dons still look like they will qualify for the playoffs with a 5-3 overall record.
