“Where do you plan to be in [insert number here] years?” Unfortunately, it seems many college interviews contain this your-worst-nightmare question. Despite my experience with BS-ing (baloney sandwich, of course) a response up, the truth is (DUNDUNDUN!) I do not know a true answer. Honestly? I am only 17. I have no idea what the future holds for me, and I do not see what this has to do with me getting into college. I work hard and I have drive; this should be apparent through my grades, extracurriculars, and the hours I devoted to filling out the Common Application online. In a general sense, I want to be happy in fifteen years. Don’t we all? Is that not enough?
