Kathleen O'Hara knows both sides of grief: As a therapist, she has counseled many people through their grief; as a mother, she saw her worst fears realized when her college-age son, Aaron Land, was brutally murdered on Memorial Day, 1999. O'Hara called upon her own experience and those of others to develop a seven-stage plan for dealing with grief, the basis of her book "A Grief Like No Other".
