I am one of many long time Raiders fans and will remain a fan for many seasons over the coming years. Love the Raiders, but I’ve come to realize over the years that Al
Davis lost it. We all have flaws and we all make mistakes.
In my opinion, Davis was unable to adjust and adapt to the changing players (bigger and faster) and the changing game.

Over the last six years, especially, Davis has tried, unsuccessfully, to do everything himself and that has just added to his woes. The Raiders have slipped to the bottom, and sadly, we will remain there, or at best, near
the mid-level of teams (bottom 16). Nothing will change that as long as Al Davis is the owner running this team.
With his declining health, his senility kicking in, and his inability to do everything himself. We can only expect more gloom and doom.

Ya, I, like many here, Love the Raiders, and I like many here, “hate Al Davis,” and I see him for what he is and what he’s become over the last decade. It started when he traded Jon Gruden, old Chucky.
