we cut guys that we didnt like and guys we felt could pass thru waivers. a few teams have 7 wrs i believ. we will pick a lb or 2 before its done. holliday signed with denver.

I guess N. Miller made the team because he replaces J. Miller as our KR, because Holland is a better WR than Miller as I have seen.

Just a bit of info for the Raider fans:
Ronald Curry: Cut by the 1st and 2nd worst teams in the NFL last year.
Ashlie Lelie: Cut by the 3rd worst team in the league last yr.
Kwame Harris: Not even invited to a single camp!
Never mind the shortcomings of guys like Cornell Green and Javon Walker last yr.
Russell will get it done this year just because he has some NFL talent around him….notice I didn’t say elite talent…just talent!

Mahan and Pashos could make the right side of our O-line somewhat respectable again.
Signing Pollard would mean no more missed tackles for touchdowns by Huff or Eugene.
David Herron would give us depth at MLB if Kirk Morrison’s elbow becomes an issue.

I told you guys Garcia was terrible for this offense. He looked terrible out there trying to run it.
GB cut some NTs today. That would interest me as a Raider. GB just converted to a 3-4 so they’ll likely be letting to some good men from their old 4-3 that won’t quite fit the new scheme (if they haven’t done so already).

I’ll be somewhat surprised if the Raiders go into the season with this many WRs. Watkins & Miller’s futures are still in the air.

Roll with Ellis, Kelly, Warren, Scott, Brown, Morrison and Howard and hope for the best.
Just wish the Raiders didn’t draft a couple of tweeners and try to convert them into new positions…Hope Shaughnessy can play. Is Mitchell healthy!
