People come here for the money and not the passion of the game so we don't get the best out of those players. The Raiders have become the red headed step child of the league and its embarrassing. People just want to focus on winning instead of the drama. Gibril Wilson wanted to leave for that very reason. That guy came from NY of all places and not even he could hang with the Raider drama. Its overwhelming. Theres too much focus on negative attention instead of winning games. Its become a popularity contest.
