You are right. Bubba is wrong. ESPN doesn’t black the game out the provider (i.e. DirecTV, DISH or the local cable provider) is the one doing the blackout – most likely by zip code.

No, I’m not at all “incorrect.” He said the game would be on ESPN “no matter what.” THAT is not correct. If a blackout is declared (I really doubt it) it WILL be blacked on ESPN in certain ZIP codes.
