Fargas inactive, Seymour to start

Raiders inactives include running back Justin Fargas, leaving it up to Darren McFadden and Michael Bush to carry the load. Richard Seymour is listed as a starter at defensive end without a full practice under his belt.
In a mild surprise, rookie tight end Brandon Myers is inactive, meaning the Raiders will go with two tight ends, Zach Miller and veteran Tony Stewart.
Other inactives were tackle Khalif Barnes, guard Paul McQuistan and wide receivers Javon Walker and Nick Miller. Charlie Frye was designated as the third quarterback.
San Diego inactives include safety Kevin Ellison, running back Michael Bennett, safety C.J. Spillman, guard Tyronne Green, defensive end Jacques Cesaire, wide receiver Buster Davis and linebacker Jyles Tucker. Charlie Whitehurst is the third quarterback.
